II. The 5 Mastery Tiers
Upon completion of the 20-point audit, candidates are cryptographically bound to one of five official institutional mastery levels.

III. Cryptographic Ledger & Audit Hash Notarization
Every APEX-PLA™ assessment is finalized by anchoring the evaluation data into an immutable registry. The candidate's final Audit Score, Evaluation Cycle, and Status Level are hashed via SHA-256 and securely bridged.
Immutable Audit Trail
Scores cannot be retroactively altered by any administrative entity once the `tx_hash` is minted.
Polygon Network Integration
Proof-of-Evaluation is secured leveraging the Polygon blockchain, accessible via the public Verification Portal.
